We are an active 58 acre farm nestled where the Bluegrass region & Appalachian mountains embrace. Our views overlook Dreaming Creek and the gorgeous rolling hills of horse farms to the north and the amazing Appalachian mountains to the east.
We offer a variety of all inclusive or blank space wedding packages from indoors to secluded field elopements. Hourly rentals for Bridal & baby showers, Sorority, Birthday and business meeting event space with any amenities you may need to make your dream come to life. Wedding packages have full access to the bridal & groomsmen dedicated dressing rooms with all amenities to include beds and includes two full days of prior ceremony day and one post ceremony day. This prior and post days provides for setup, drop offs, decorating, takedown and retrieval without the stress of being rushed. Wedding packages include the full table & chair setup, decorating with white linen table & chair covers with your choice color option for table runners and chair sashes with floral centerpieces.
We are ADA compliant and climate controlled to ensure all guests are comfortable and accommodated for. Allowances for outside vendors or family for food, drink, music and decorations are permitted.
The commercial kitchen space & refrigerator ensures your cake, food and drinks are chilled with the prior drop off availability. Full kitchen or simply equipment & utensils are available for rent.
Our professional Sony Sound system and two large screen smart HDTVs alleviates the need for a DJ while showing videos, stil photo slides and includes two mics for announcements.
Our Grand Hall boast a massive KY Blue limestone fireplace, stunning chandelier with accompanying ceiling lights and rustic but refined decor. All fully climate controlled with three restrooms. No steps or steep ramps with 16' tall haint blue ceilings creates the perfect space for ceremonies and events for all.
The Majestic Awning has more stunning stone works while providing cover with expansive horizon views of rolling horse farms and Appalachian mountains while overlooking Dreaming Creek. The awning allows for a seamless party flow from the Grand Hall when the party finds it needs breathing room. The four outdoor propane fire pits keeps the flow aglow on cooler evenings while creating an amazing ambiance with the color select sconce up and down lighting.
The Garden Paddock for the total outdoor ceremony can be found just across the driveway. It has the same views while enabling quick space changes due to Mother Nature or Your desires. This flexible of three options ensures your dream without the extra stress of rain, wind or too much sun & heat.
Secluded Field elopements are the all natural choice with simple chairs, tables, lights and wedding arch in your ideal secluded, mowed streamside ceremony. No restroom, dressing rooms or kitchen space are provided but custom packaging can be discussed to exceed your dreams.
Hourly rentals are two hours minimum with 30 minutes prior for setup, drop offs and decorate and 30 minutes post event time for take down. An additional 30 minutes for each two hour rental or custom packages can be discussed to meet your needs.

Hourly Pricing - Showers, Sororities, Family, Birthday or business gathers. Two hour minimum. - $200 per hour
