We are an active 58-acre farm nestled privately on a hilltop where the Bluegrass and Appalachian Mountain regions embrace. Our views overlook Dreaming Creek and the gorgeous rolling hills of horse farms to the north and the amazing Appalachian Mountains to the east.

We offer a variety of all-inclusive or blank space wedding packages from indoors to secluded field elopements. We offer hourly rentals for Bridal & baby showers, Sorority, Birthday and business meeting event space with any amenities you may need to make your dream come to life. Wedding packages include full access to the bridal & groomsmen dedicated dressing rooms and include two full days prior to your ceremony day and one post ceremony day. These prior and post days provide for setup, drop offs, decorating, takedown and retrieval without the stress of being rushed. Wedding packages include the full table & chair setup, decorated with white linen table & chair covers with your choice color option for table runners and chair sashes with floral centerpieces. They also include full kitchen space use (indoor & outdoor) with a commercial refrigerator and coolers use.

We are ADA compliant and climate controlled to ensure all guests are comfortable and accommodated for. Allowances for outside vendors or family for food, drink, music and decorations are permitted.

The commercial kitchen space & refrigerator ensures your cake, food and drinks are chilled with the prior drop off availability. Full kitchen or simply equipment & utensils are available for rent.

Our professional Sony Sound system and two large screen smart HDTVs alleviate the need for a DJ while showing videos, photos, slides and includes two mics for announcements.

The Grand Hall boasts a massive KY Blue limestone fireplace, stunning chandelier with accompanying icicle ceiling lights and rustic but refined decor. All fully climate controlled with three restrooms, one handicap accessible. No steps or steep ramps with 16' tall haint blue ceilings create the perfect space for ceremonies and events for all. The numerous large windows with elegant bright white wood blinds in combination and the three massive (12’x14’) full view overhead doors bring in the country side views and even the hilltop breeze when desired.

The Majestic Awning has more stunning stone and rustic woodwork while providing cover with expansive horizon views of rolling horse farms and the Appalachian Mountains while overlooking Dreaming Creek. The awning allows for a seamless party flow from the Grand Hall when the party finds it needs breathing room. The four outdoor propane fire pits keep the flow aglow on cooler evenings while creating an amazing ambiance with the color select sconce up and down lighting enhancing the 24’ tall pine beadboard ceiling.
